- Digierection does not hold the liability of errors or deficiency caused by any third party such as server, hosting, content writing etc. We expect you to consider the efforts that Digierection will put while coordinating with any of them to deliver your services and pay for it as per the standard pricing of the company.
- Customer satisfaction is one of the assets that we thrive to achieve while catering our clients with high quality services. In case, you feel that the order delivered to you doesn’t match your expectation or as shown on the website; you must inform this to our customer support as soon as possible. We request you to bring this to our notice within 24 hours of order receiving. Our support team will take an overview of your complaint and ensure to take an appropriate action shortly.
- We don’t promise to refund all your money on the cancellation of a service or an order placed with us. It might be a case of consideration, if you are not satisfied with the services delivered to you.
